This sideboard and mirror, with accompanying objects, including a renaissance-revival wine-cooler, were designed by Marochetti for Snell of London, and shown in the Great Exhibition of 1851. The chromolithographic plate is by Day and Sons, and appears in Matthew Digby Wyatt's Industrial Arts of the Nineteenth Century. It was drawn by F. Smallfield, lithographed by F.Moras, and printed by Day and Son.
