A Bishop's crozier carved in Perspex with a wooden staff. The Perspex hook includes a depiction of a dove. The crozier was presented to Bishop Gordon Wheeler on the occasion of his appointment as Bishop of Leeds. The base of the hook has the inscriptions: "Leeds 27th June 1966", and "Middlesbrough 19th March 1964". The second inscription refers to the date of Bishop Wheeler's earlier appointment as Bishop of Middlesborough.
