Sculptor. He was born in London, and studied at Hammersmith and at the Chelsea College of Art. He is known principally as the author of the Horses of Helios and the Three Graces (1992) on the Criterion building at Piccadilly Circus, London. Since producing these, Weller has become co-owner of the Cross and Keys Restaurant and Bar in Lawrence St., Chelsea, where his design input has included relief sculptures inspired by the name of the historic pub in which it is situated.
